Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, declares that the Scenario of Ukraine´s Destruction is being deliberately implemented
V.Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement at the press conference in Odesa on Friday.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine drew attention to the fact that "the same people destroy the remnants of parliamentarism in Ukraine under the pretext of the necessity of adopting the law on the increase of the social standards, although they are not willing to adopt it".
V.Lytvyn stressed that "the same political forces took the efforts to block the work of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic", "to block the full-fledged work of such constitutional institutions as the Anti-Monopoly Committee and the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting, to block the settlements of issues concerning appointments to the essential offices: the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defence".
"It has been done by the representatives of a single political force by tacit consent of other people authorized to guard the Constitution", - he stated.
According to V.Lytvyn, since "it has acquired the systematic character, it is possible to declare deliberate destruction of the country".
